100.00gKNORR ONION TOMATO (KADHAI) BASE SAUCE  
3.00pcGreen chilli (slit)
2.00gCumin seeds
1.00gTurmeric
  Salt
2.00gRed chilli powder
1.00gGaram Masala
2.00gcoriander powder
1.00gAmchur (dry mango) powder
1.00pcGinger juliennes
15.00mlCooking Oil
5.00gChopped coriander
15.00gGinger Garlic paste

Preparation

1. Wash and drain the cauliflower and potato
2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and allow to crackle. 3. Add slit green chillies and saute.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
5. Add the dry powdered spices and saute for another minute.
6. Add potato and fry till half done
7. Add the cauliflower and salt. Add the Knorr Onion Tomato Base Sauce, cover and cook. Stir occasionally
8. Once the vegetables are cooked, tranfer to a serving dish and garnish with green coriander and ginger juliennes
