50.00gKNORR ONION TOMATO (KADHAI) BASE SAUCE  
3.00pcGreen chilli (slit)
2.00gCumin seeds
1.00gFennel seeds
  Salt
2.00gRed chilli powder
2.00gGaram Masala
10.00gchopped Garlic
10.00gGinger juliennes
2.00gAmchur (dry mango) powder
5.00gChopped coriander

Preparation

1. Fry the okra in hot oil till well cooked.
2. Drain excess oil on paper napkins and set aside.
3. Fry fennel and cumin seeds in 2 tbsp oil for 30 seconds
4. Add garlic and ginger and fry for 3 minutes till light brown
5. Add the ready to use Knorr onion tomato masala, add, chilli powder, garam masala Pdr, slit green chilies and the cook for a
minute.
6. Add the fried okra and amchur powder and toss gently.
7. Cook for 2 minutes.
8. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
