Preparation

1 Take some butter and oil in pan in a pan, and start heating it.
2 Add jeera and when it crackles
3 Add dices of onion , capsicum and Chicken pieces which is pre- marinated with salt, ginger garlic paste , turmeric , pepper and
chilli powder
4 Saute the chicken till it gets properly seared from all sides , take it out of the pan and keep it aside ..
5 In the same pan add the prepared Knorr Onion Tomato base, add, chilli powder, pepper pd , garam masala pd and sauté for
30 seconds.
6 Add some Knorr makhani base add salt as required.
7 Add the chicken which is seared and kept aside , stir well and allow to cook in the gravy.
8 Finish off with butter and garnish with a crushed peppercorns and chopped coriander leaves "
