Paneer Tikka

  • 1 tbsp Knorr Smoky Tandoori Marinade Mix
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Low fat Hung Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Oil
  • 200 gms Paneer Cubes
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers (diced)


    • For the marinade, Mix well the marinade powder, ginger-garlic paste, smoked mustard oil and hung curd to a smooth paste. (Heat the mustard oil till it reaches the smoking point).
    • Keep the 1 inch dices of capsicum, onion, bell peppers ready.
    • Skewer the vegetables and paneer in an alternate pattern and cook in a tandoor/grill.
    • Serve it with onion salad and mint-coriander chutney.
    • Tips- If you are using wooden skewers to cook the tikka then soak it in water for minimum 2 hours.
