- 3 nos fresh red chilies thick
- 3 nos green chillies thick
- 20 g garlic cloves peeled
- 5 g salt
- 500 ml water
- 5 g Knorr lime seasoning
Boil water in a thick bottomed pan and add Knorr Lime Seasoning and stir to blend well.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes Remove from heat and keep aside to cool.
Take a sterilized glass bottle and alternately layer a portion of mixed pepper and garlic, and a solution of salt, sugar and boiled lime water till whole portion is consumed.
Close the lid and keep the bottle in the sun and serve as dip sauce or dressing for salads
