Kamalakannan has done Craft-manship course in food production from I.H.M.C.T.A.N., in Chennai, and also a graduate in Tourism & Hospitality management form Madurai Kamaraj University. He has more than 10 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience in India and abroad, He started with Taj Chennai and moved on to work with Restaurant chains where He gained the knowlwdge of cooking Mexican & Italian cuisines. There after He went to work in Singapore as South Indian chef , He was also teaching the catering skills at a reputed organisation (Asan Memorial IHMCT) in Chennai for 5 years. kamals favourite areas in the kitchen are Mexican, Italian, Continental, and South Indian cuisines, He loves in preparing dishes which are simple to look at but hiding within complex flavours, He believes that local produce is the key to great dishes and the final produce can be showcased with complement of flavour with such ingredients utilising different cooking techiniques. He is now with our organisation to effectively communicate the techinical and qualitative benefits of UFS products through demonstrations and public relations.
Kamal loves cooking, eating desserts and mocktails.Watching movies is his favourite hobby.
