            Ingredients
Serving Portions: 4
- 8 g Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder
 - 50 g Boiled & Shredded Chicken
 - 3 g Black Pepper, crushed
 - 8 ml Light Soya Sauce
 - 5 g Ginger, Julienne
 - 5 g Garlic, chopped
 - 3 g Green Chilli, chopped
 - 300 g Boiled Noodles
 - 50 ml Oil
 - 10 g Leeks Julienne
 - 20 g Carrot Julienne
 - 5 g Celery, chopped
 - 50 g cabbage
 - 50 g Mushroom, sliced
 - 30 g Baby Corn
 - 50 g French Beans
 - 30 g Capsicum, Julienne
 - 30 g Spring Onion, chopped
 - 10 g Spring Onion Greens
 
Preparation
- Heat Oil in a wok and add Garlic and Green Chilli and stir for 15-20 seconds on high heat. Add Spring Onion White and stir fry for 30 seconds on high heat.
 - Add Cabbage and stir fry to mix well for a minute.
 - Add Ginger Juliennes and remaining Vegetables and stir fry for a minute.
 - Add noodles, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Light Soya Sauce and toss to blend well.
 - Remove from heat and serve hot garnished with Spring Onion Greens.
