Chicken Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients

Serving Portions: 4
  • 8 g Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder
  • 50 g Boiled & Shredded Chicken
  • 3 g Black Pepper, crushed
  • 8 ml Light Soya Sauce
  • 5 g Ginger, Julienne
  • 5 g Garlic, chopped
  • 3 g Green Chilli, chopped
  • 300 g Boiled Noodles
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 10 g Leeks Julienne
  • 20 g Carrot Julienne
  • 5 g Celery, chopped
  • 50 g cabbage
  • 50 g Mushroom, sliced
  • 30 g Baby Corn
  • 50 g French Beans
  • 30 g Capsicum, Julienne
  • 30 g Spring Onion, chopped
  • 10 g Spring Onion Greens

Preparation

    • Heat Oil in a wok and add Garlic and Green Chilli and stir for 15-20 seconds on high heat. Add Spring Onion White and stir fry for 30 seconds on high heat.
    • Add Cabbage and stir fry to mix well for a minute.
    • Add Ginger Juliennes and remaining Vegetables and stir fry for a minute.
    • Add noodles, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Light Soya Sauce and toss to blend well.
    • Remove from heat and serve hot garnished with Spring Onion Greens.
