Light Coffee Cakes

Ingredients
- 3 g Rex Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 115 g Sugar
- 140 g Refined Flour
- 2 g Salt
- 75 ml Milk
- 30 g Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 ml Vanilla Essence
Preparation
- Beat egg and sugar together till light and creamy.
- Sift flour with baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture. Blend in milk and melted butter.
- Pour into greased pan and bake at 175 degrees C ( 180 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
