Light Coffee Cakes

  • 3 g Rex Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 115 g Sugar
  • 140 g Refined Flour
  • 2 g Salt
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 30 g Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 ml Vanilla Essence


    • Beat egg and sugar together till light and creamy.
    • Sift flour with baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture. Blend in milk and melted butter.
    • Pour into greased pan and bake at 175 degrees C ( 180 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
    • Cut into squares and serve.
