- Add little oil in a sauce pan, sauté the ginger-garlic paste and then add all veggies. Cook the veggies a little and add water to the veggies.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Now add Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder and Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder to the soup and let it cook for a while for the flavours to blend with the soup.
- Once ready, divide it into 4 serving bowls (approximately 220 ml each) and serve piping hot.
