Ingredients

  • Rawas fish (Indian salmon)
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Knorr Chef's chicken masala
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 to 3 medium size chopped onion
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tbsp. ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 no green chilli slit
  • Salt To taste
  • 1tbsp coriander chopped

Directions

  1. In a kadhai heat the mustard oil, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.

  2. Add chopped onion and sauté well

  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well, add chopped tomatoes, Slit green chili and sauté until done.

  4. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, Knorr Chef’s Chicken Masala and salt to taste.

  5. Add the coconut milk to the mix along with 1 cup water (150 ml)

  6. Add the fish and cook for 15 minutes

  7. Remove from the heat and serve hot with a garnish of freshly chopped coriander leaves!

  8. This dish is best had with kolam or boiled rice. Enjoy!.
