Ingredients

  • 900 g Seabass Slice
  • 7 g Knorr lime Seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • white pepper to taste

For the Batter

  • 100 g refined flour
  • 3 eggs
  • water as required
  • 500 g dry breadcrumbs
  • 160 g French fries
  • 1 L refined oil

For the Tartare Sauce

  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 20 g chopped gherkins
  • 15 g chopped shallots
  • 7 g Knorr lime Seasoning

Directions

  1. Marinate the fish in lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  2. Make a batter with refined flour, egg and water Crumb a l’anglaise.

  3. Deep fry in oil and serve with tartare sauce and French fries.

For the Tartare Sauce

  1. Add chopped gherkins, chopped shallots, finely chopped parsley and lemon juice to the mayonnaise.
