- 600 ml water
- ½ packet Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup
- 50 g assorted Vegetables (carrot, French beans, cabbage) finely chopped
- 50 g pasta
- 20 g onion, chopped
- 10 g garlic, chopped
- 10 g celery, chopped
- 10 g vegetable oil
- 5 g bouquet garni (peppercorn, bay leaves)
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan.
Add chopped garlic, onion and sauté until cooked.
Sprinkle the bouquet garni. Add celery, vegetables and sauté.
Mix in the Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup along with water.
Finally, add the pasta and continue to cook until tender.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
